The formal banquet will be held in the evening of November 22, 2007 at Amari Watergate Hotel. It will be a Thai-Chinese style dinner.

  • Appetizer quartet
  • Shark’s fin soup combination
  • Barbecued suckling pig
  • Pan fried chicken with black pepper sauce and celery OR Black mushrooms in brown sauce
  • Steamed tiger prawns with garlic OR Steamed prawns in soya sauce
  • Steamed sea bass in soya sauce OR Steamed garoupa in brown sauce
  • Double boiled white fungus with mixed meats OR Double boiled winter melon with assorted meats
  • Fried rice “Yang Chow” style OR Fried noodle “Hok Kian” style
  • Mixed Chinese nuts in syrup OR Chilled sago cream with cantaloupe melon

Please note that one conference banquet ticket is included with registration. Additional tickets can be purchased for those not registering as delegates, such as for spouses or children.
