Abstract
Submission
Prospective
participants are invited to submit an abstract
of 300-500 words summarizing original and unpublished
research results on the above and other related
topics. All submitted abstracts must be written in
English and will be refereed for quality, originality and
relevance by the Scientific Committee. The accepted
abstracts will be notified and a full paper will be
expected before the submission deadlines. Abstracts should
include paper title, author names, full mailing address,
and e-mail address of the corresponding author.

December
30, 2004.
Paper
Submission and Publication
The
authors of accepted abstracts are requested to submit their
full papers not later than March 30, 2005. Full papers
should be prepared by following the instructions for the Environmental
Informatics Archives (EIA), which can be found at http://www.iseis.org.
All accepted papers will be notified by 15 May 2005 and
will be included in the 2005 volume of Environmental
Informatics Archive.
Selected papers, through a peer-reviewing process, will be
published in Journal of
Environmental Informatics (JEI)
and possibly special journal issues (TBD).
